The Menopause Mapping Session

One session. One clear picture of where you are - and what will actually help.

75 minutes - in person (Kansas City) or Zoom - $135

You've been told your labs are normal - but you don't feel normal.

You have a list of symptoms and have no idea which ones are connected.

You are tired of the 12-minute appointments that don't have room for the whole picture.

You just want someone to sit with you and help it make sense.

That's exactly what this session is for.

What Happens in Your Session

We begin with a few minutes of guided breath - because you can't think clearly about what your body while your nervous system is on high alert. Then I ask you to tell me the story of how you got here, and I actually listen.

From there, we make sense of what you've been experiencing together - connecting the dots between your symptoms and what's actually happening in your body, in plain language, no jargon.

We'll look at the whole picture: not just the physical but your mental clarity, your emotional world, your sense of purpose, and your energy - because you are not a list of symptoms.

You'll experience one practice, chosen live for you - a breath pattern, a round of tapping, a grounding visualization - so leave having felt a shift, not just heard ideas.

And we'll close by naming your first three steps together, so you walk out with a plan, not just a diagnosis-shaped question mark.

What You'll Receive

Delivered within 48 hours, a written 2-3 page guide that's yours to keep - and to show your doctor, your partner, or friend walking this same road:

  • Where you are in the transition, explained in plain language

  • Your symptom picture, and how the pieces connect

  • Your whole-person snapshot - where you're resourced, and where your body is asking for care first

  • What your body is asking for - personalized, evidence-informed lifestyle notes

  • Your first three steps, written as gentle commitments, not a to-do list

  • Guidance on when to see a provider, if anything needs clinical attention

A Note on Scope

This session is educational and coaching in nature. I don't diagnose conditions, interpret labs as a clinician, or prescribe or adjust medications, including hormone therapy. Where something calls for a clinical evaluation, I'll say so directly and help you connect with the right licensed care. My work is designed to complement your medical providers - never replace them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

Just a short intake form, sent when you book - about 10-15 minutes. It helps us use our full 75 minutes together well.

How is this different from just booking a coaching session?

A coaching session assumes we already know where to focus. The Mapping Session is where we figure that out - it's diagnostic in the coaching sense, not the medical one, and it produces a written map you keep.

What if I want to keep working together afterward?

You'll receive a $50 credit toward a session pack or the 12-week Midlife Threshold Track if you enroll withing 14 days - no pressure, just an open door.

What if this isn't the right fit for me?

That's completely alright. You'll still leave with your Map, and if your situation calls for a specialist I don't see myself as best-positioned to support, I'll tell you plainly and point you toward the right kind of care.

Is this covered by insurance?

No - coaching isn't a licensed medical service, so it isn't billable to insurance. Some clients use HSA/FSA funds; check with your plan administrator.
