Hi there, beautiful soul! I'm Jen Watts.

I came to this work the way most women come to anything that changes their lives — through my own threshold.

I spent 25 years in corporate finance and nonprofit leadership. I was good at it. I was competent and capable and I knew how to make things work. What I didn't know how to do was listen to my body. I didn't know that my body had anything worth listening to.

Perimenopause changed that.
The symptoms were one thing — the fatigue, the brain fog, the weight that wouldn't move, the anxiety that arrived out of nowhere. But what stopped me in my tracks was the identity piece: who was I becoming? The woman I had been — organized, high-functioning, certain of her place — was composting. And nobody was talking about that part.

I started exploring somatic and embodiment practices, breathwork, Reiki, and whole-person coaching — not as a program, but out of necessity. And what I discovered was that the body is not the problem. The body is the map. It has been trying to get our attention for years before we finally stop and listen.

Now I help other women listen.

I work with women navigating the threshold of midlife and perimenopause — the years when everything is shifting and the old self is making way for something truer. I use somatic embodiment practice, breathwork, Reiki energy work, and transformational coaching, organized around a 5-Facet whole-person framework. I hold Women's Circles, guide embodiment journeys, facilitate retreats, and work with women privately.

I believe that what looks like falling apart is often the most important becoming of a woman's life. My work is to help you move through it with as much grace, understanding, and presence as possible.

I live in Lee's Summit, Missouri, with my partner. I am the proud mother of two adult daughters. I grow things — in my garden and in the women I work with. I practice what I teach: yoga, qi gong, walking, seasonal living, and the ongoing, imperfect work of coming home to myself.

When a woman leaves a session with me, I want her to feel more like herself than when she arrived. That's the whole intention.
