Somatic and energetic work for what the mind alone cannot move Who it's for: Women who want a dedicated experiential session — entirely body-based, energy-based, and practice-based. No talking through problems. Moving through them. This is the format for women who are ready to work somatically, who have hit the limits of insight-based approaches, or who want a session focused entirely on embodied experience and energetic integration. Includes: • 60-minute private session in person in Kansas City (this session is in person only) • Somatic embodiment journey drawing on breathwork, EFT, visualization, Reiki energy work — calibrated to you and what is alive in your body right now • Jen works intuitively with the modality or combination of modalities that best serves the session — no two sessions are identical
